Research Services

Research of our records may be requested by sending $5 plus a self-addressed, stamped envelope to

Include the full name of the person you want researched. For this fee, the KGS researcher will look in the various Kerr County data available at the Kerr Regional History Center and report what is found.   If request is for a search of newspaper files, an exact date must be furnished.     The $5 fee can include the cost of one copy of a record. If there are numerous pages in the records which would be of interest to the requester, the researcher will inform that person of the cost before proceeding with the making of the copies.

Additional research can be ordered at the rate of $10 per hour.   A list of Researchers can be furnished and one of those may be contacted for a quote on their research fees and rates.
